Customer Service Representative

Expekt.com focuses on providing its customers with an excellent online gaming experience. For this reason, we are always in search of the best possible candidates, who are willing to share and develop their talents with us and who can easily adapt to a fast, dynamic and results-driven culture.
Due to our consistent success we want to employ more Customer Support Representatives to our head office in Malta. The successful candidate will be handling customer inquires in a professional manner, assisting our customers with financial, functional and technical questions. He or she will be acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, specific functions of sportsbetting, casino, supertoto, bingo and games, as well as tools used for each product. The successful candidate will also play an important role in executing promotions and campaigns, and will be involved with translations.
For our current positions, we are looking for individuals who can speak and write English and either Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/German.
We are also looking for people who can speak and write at least two out of the following three languages: Spanish, Italian and French. Any other language would be considered as an asset. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a general interest in sports, and believe in the value of giving good service. Previous experience in customer care will be a plus, but more important is the ability to learn, show initiative and work well in a team environment.
